Who we are

The controllers of personal data processed through this website are Paul Meyrueis and Loup Keravel, co-founders of the LKPM Capital project (company in formation). You can contact us at contact@lkpmcapital.com.

What this website collects

  • No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. We do not use cookies, advertising tags, analytics tools or social media plug-ins. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.
  • Technical data processed by our host. When you visit the website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks.
  • The simulator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us or stored.
  • The contact form does not send or store anything. It prepares an email in your own email application.

International transfers

Our host and email provider may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on adequacy arrangements (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension to it) or on standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom, or the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL) in France.

We will update this notice if our practices change, for example if we add a newsletter or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
