Regulatory status. LKPM Capital is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom, by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France, or by any other financial regulator. LKPM Capital does not carry on any regulated activity, does not manage assets, does not hold client money and does not arrange or deal in investments.

No offer, no financial promotion. The Retirement Bond is a concept under development. It is not available for investment, and no product, fund or service is offered through this website. Nothing on this website is intended to be, or should be read as, an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any investment.

They are not forecasts, quotes or guarantees, and they do not take into account fees, taxes, tax relief, employer contributions or future market movements. The value of investments in government bonds can fall as well as rise, and investors could get back less than they invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
